Emery Home Inspection performs hundreds of inspections each year in the Columbia, Missouri and surrounding areas. We provide the following services:
ASHI Certified home inspections
We inspect the condition of the Structure, Foundation, Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, Electrical Systems, Roof, Major Appliances and more! Fee: $540 (additional charges may apply to larger homes, older homes, homes with crawlspaces, etc.)
Termite Inspections:
Missouri state licensed termite inspections, complete with a National Pest Management Assn. Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Report. Fee: $70
Radon Testing
Radon testing using state of the art SunRADON continuous radon monitors, calibrated annually. Fee: $150
All reports are provided in Adobe Acrobat .PDF format for easy viewing, and can be forwarded on to anyone involved in your real estate transaction like an agent or lender, etc. Paper copies can be provided upon request if an e-mail address is unavailable.
Multiple payment options are available including bringing a check or cash on site, paying prior to the inspection online with an ACH transfer or a credit card (an extra processing fee of 3% will be added with credit cards), and an option of sending an invoice to the title company to be paid at closing is also available.
